We Plan for the Ones You Love
Before our first meeting, you will complete a Client Intake - which is basically an outlined of your life on paper.
During our meeting, we will look at what would happen to all of what you have and everyone you love, if anything were to happen to you. Then, we will create a plan for you and ultimately, your loved ones.

Three Levels of Planning
Estate planning is not a "one size fits all" approach. We offer three levels of planning to suit your needs. From starter plans to more robust plans for clients concerned with matters of asset protection, preservation and increased growth. We also incorporate business planning for families with small businesses.
Level One - Family Plan
Will-based estate plan; includes options to build testamentary trusts into the plan (trusts that arise after the death of the will maker).
Level Two - Trust Plan
Trust-based estate plan; includes revocable living trust and option to build in asset protection for surviving spouse and descendants, while keeping your assets and family out of court and out of conflict.
Level Three - Wealth Plan
Trust-based estate plan; includes everything in the Trust Plan and has options to build in gun trusts and business protection. This plan may include business formation documents and a comprehensive business management plan, as part of the estate plan.
All three levels of estate planning packages include:
- Nomination Page Identifying all successor personal representatives, power of attorney agents, advance health care directive agents, HIPAA waiver recipients, and successor trustees (if applicable)
- Deeds, as applicable (Transfer on Death Deed, or Quit Claim Deed)
- General Power of Attorney
- Advance Health Care Directives
- HIPPA Waivers for Agents
- Remembrance and Memorial Instructions
- Assignment of Personal Property

- Kids Protection Plan (if applicable), which includes Short-term guardian nomination, permanent guardian nomination, confidential exclusion of guardian (if applicable), guardian instructions, letters to short-term and permanent guardians, documentation of important health care information for child(ren), medical powers of attorney for child(ren), and emergency medical cards
